Occupational Health & Safety policy

Exec Sports is committed to provide healthy and safe environment to their employees. Company policies regarding health and safety is very clear and transparent because we believe that our employees are our valuable asset and we are highly concerned to provide them good healthy and safe environment. Our endless effort is continuously improving company’s OH&S management system.

Medical / Social Security Policy

Exec Sports is responsible and abide by the government rule to provide medical and social security facility after completion of successful probation period usually three months. This includes free medical facility to the employee and their dependents, pension and other benefits. 

Personal Protective Equipment Policy

This policy applies to all employees who have potential exposure to chemical, physical or any hazards which can cause illness, injury or impairment to any part of the body through absorption, inhalation, or physical contact. Company shall provide PPEs to ensure employee safety like head protection, foot protection, eye protection, hand protection and breathing protection etc. whenever deemed necessary by reason of hazards, processes or environment.

Health, Safety & Environment Policy

We believe that a safe and healthy workplace is a fundamental right of every person and also a business imperative. Our Workplace Rights Policy requires that we take responsibility for maintaining a productive workplace by doing what we can to minimize the risk of accidents, injury and exposure to health hazards for all of our employees and contractors.

Fire Safety Policy

It is the policy of Exec Sports to prevent and make necessary arrangements to ensure the safety of workforce in case of any incident. Company shall provide necessary trainings to operate fire extinguishers and fire safety manuals to the employees. In the work premises fire safety charts, emergency numbers and exits must be properly mentioned. To ensure the fire safety Company shall review the safety equipment periodically.

Smoking Policy

This policy applies to all employees of our company as well as to visitors, contractors and temporary staff. We believe that the right to clean air and the health of non-smokers supersedes the right of others to smoke. Therefore, we clearly state that the company must be smoke- and tobacco free at all times. The person shall be smoke only at designated smoking areas/rooms, balconies, open-air verandas or any outer premises including gardens, yards and sidewalks outside of the company’s building.

Hiring Policy

Exec Sports provides equal opportunities to all qualified applicants for employment without regard to their gender, age, race, caste, religion, color, and different ability status.

Disciplinary Policy

To minimize the employee discipline problem we make sure that the ground rules are clearly communicated to employees. In addition to a clearly communicated disciplinary policy, employers will be on prohibition against discrimination and harassment in their workplaces and internal investigation will be held according to severity of offence.

Disciplinary action will be a verbal warning, suspension, or termination based on the seriousness of the particular incident.

Probation and Confirmation Policy

An employee shall be permanent after completing three months of probation period successfully and shall be entitled all legal benefits. The probation period may be extended for further three months, depending upon his/her performance.

Social Accountability Policy

Our social accountability policy is to promote a positive culture which respects human rights. We believe to conduct our business with fairness, honesty, integrity and respect. Comply with the Rules and regulations of the country. (Labor Law of Pakistan).

Child Labor Policy

Exec Sports strictly prohibit the child labor inside factory premises or any of its work places or manufacturing process at any circumstances. Our special team monitors chain of vendors periodically on ground level to ensure the implementation of company policy in true sense.

We prevent the use of child / forced labor, improve health & safety, support freedom of association, prevention of discrimination, implement performance management, manage compensation and working hours.
